Felix Graves - Author of Dark & Hopeful Queer Stories

About

Felix Graves is a queer and disabled AAPI author of dark speculative fiction. Most of his writing involves tragedy, queer romance, and faerie-inspired creatures. He prides himself on writing stories with a starkly honest ownvoice commentary on mental illness, disability, and queerness.  When not writing, he can be found reading queer fiction, cooking elaborate meals, or gaming with his friends and family. He currently lives in the beautiful PNW with his husband, their children, a ferociously adorable pibble, and possibly a ghost or two.

Oh my goodness, my heart broke reading [Color Unknown] 😭😭 I adore Felix's writing, this was phenomenal! I love the world building with different types of fae and the water nymphs. Poor Soot, my heart 😭💔

Swoon! I enjoyed [The Princess & Her Shadow] greatly and it was very well written! The development of Princess Kafla's life from childhood to the end of the story? Her relationship with her shadow feels so natural. It's an effortless journey. Bodyguard stories are awesome and having female one that was a skilled fighter was epic!

4 stars. Oof! My emotions! [Behind the Mask] was extremely dark and brutal and fucking tragic. I loved it. I really like Graves’s writing style so much but omg poor M! Poor Sese! Ouch. So good.
